Working on the five layers of the body (refrence to Taittriya Upanishad), there is no physical or emotional concern, which cannot be solved.

Yoga is my passion and my teaching philosophy aims at working on attaining a calm and peaceful state of mind applying an Integrated approach of Yoga Therapy, which include Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Counselling and Meditation.
I have customised my teaching and therapy modules based on the philosophy, inspired by our ancient texts of Hatha Yoga, Bihar School of Yoga, & Patanjali Yoga Sutras and the modern approaches used towards holistic healing by leading medical institutions such as National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences.
Having been a yoga practitioner for the last ten years, I use my own experiential, tried and tested learnings, to enhance the experience of the participants.
My philosophy of life is that most of our problems can be overcome by having a purity of intention and willingness. We are vulnerable sometimes, because that is what being human is, however transcending to be better versions of ourselves is what we must strive for.
